Ai Weiwei: Never Sorry

13/06/2012

One of the Sundance Film Festival’s official selection films that we are most excited about is Ai Weiwei: Never Sorry, the documentary directed by Alison Klayman gives us an unprecedented insight into one of the most intriguing and controversial artists of our time. Klayman captures Ai Weiwei's revolutionary strides to maintain human rights in his homeland and the backlash from the Chinese government. The film is set to be released in theaters from July 27th, shortly after the artist is scheduled to be released from his current government-imposed house arrest on June 22nd.
