Ramblers Bone Interview
Ramblers Bone Interview
16/05/2012Five days ago, Mikael Kennedy and Sean Sullivan completed the 6,288 mile, 29 day trip, they call Ramblers Bone. Both NY based photographers and veteran travelers of American highways, Kennedy and Sullivan set loose early April, beginning in Los Angeles, CA. They journeyed deep into the heart of the country, wandering east into the high deserts of New Mexico, north through the Rockies, into the wild lands of Montana, and back west down the California coast.

Russian Criminal Tattoo Encyclopedia Exhibition
Russian Criminal Tattoo Encyclopedia Exhibition
15/05/2012The Russian Criminal Tattoo Encyclopedia, published in three volumes by FUEL, is a comprehensive look into the violent and fantastic world of prison tattoos. The volumes are made up of the work of Russian prison guard, Danzig Baldaev, and the drawings of tattoos he made between 1948 - 1986. Baldaev would make detailed notes of each tattoo and then reproduce them in his St. Petersburg flat - an exercise that resulted in an archive of 739 original sheets of drawings.

Verbal Interview
Verbal Interview
15/05/2012Verbal is as unique as it gets, whether its music or fashion everyone in Japan knows the name Verbal. If you were one of the very few to get your hands on the highly limited debut from M-Flo you would have realised it was a sign of things to come. Further down the line he worked together with NIGO and the Teriyaki Boys which perhaps gave him the necessary insight into music on a global scale. This balanced together with M-Flo, he has since become a well known figure in clubs all over Japan, DJing along with his wife Yoon, and saying this couple stands out is an understatement.

Craig Redman | Interview
Craig Redman grew up in Australia, studying in Brisbane before his whole life changed, he drunkenly entered the US Greencard lottery and won. Now New York based, Redman's blog Darcel Disappoints has fostered a huge following, with both brands and galleries taking an interest in his illustrated character. Craig is also one half of collaborative duo Craig and Karl, together they have exhibited across the world and worked with global brands such as LVMH, Google, Nike, Apple, Vogue, Microsoft, Converse, and MTV.

11/05/2012In what many might consider an unlikely partnership, artist, Tom Sachs, and Nike have come together to collaborate on an artisanal capsule collection, capturing the dynamic of Tom's D.I.Y. aesthetic and the wide reaching Nike brand in a release entitled, NIKECraft. Launched on the eve of Tom’s SPACE PROGRAM: Mars, where the artist simulates a mission to the Red Planet, the joint venture fuses the design sensibility Sachs brings to space travel.

The Sunken Ship
The Sunken Ship
10/05/2012I love the way filmmaker Casey Neistat tells stories. I also love his passion for experiences, going out and actively seeking memories and capturing them on film. The Sunken Ship presents Casey's time on the island of Giglio while filming his movie for Nike. The sinking of the Costa Concordia just of this beautiful island fascinated Casey in a way he couldn't explain, he just had to see it...
