American photographer Nan Goldin will show her The Ballad of Sexual Dependency work at the CPH:DOX Film Festival in Copenhagen on Thursday evening. The piece is a huge sideshow of hundreds of photographs by Goldin depicting the Bowery district of NYC in the early '80s, filled with hard-drug's, raw relationships and gay subculture. Live music from noise and performance artist Genesis Breyer P-Orridge will accompany the work which originally began in 1979 as slideshow presentations for Goldin's friends.
