The Death of Youth | Interview
I believe I started off the same as many, assuming that Giovanni Lipari merely started his photographic project The Death of Youth as a way to get women naked. In speaking with him about the series, which has been picked up by Purple Diary, Taschen for their Newest Erotic Photography book and countless other blogs and websites - I have genuinely become fascinated with Giovanni's struggle with turning 30, his failed attempts at becoming a womanizer and whether he perceives what he has created to be art or pornography.

David Hanauer "Vice Chair but Table Versa be Cause Wall and Floor"
28/02/2012David Hanauer's project "vice chair but table versa be cause wall and floor" exhibited at the D3 competition at IMM cologne 2012, blurring the line between sculpture and furniture. Adding sheets of metal to the form creates a usable table, while the addition of leather cushions transform the piece into seating, each object can either be placed on the floor or mounted to the wall. The piece offers the viewer choices, to first transition from a viewer to a user and then to disregard function in return for pure aesthetic.

SOME/THINGS Interview
The publishing industry is changing, and while the masses are calling out 'Print is Dead', Monika Belskyte is telling them its alive and well just as loud. SOME/THINGS Magazine, it's agency and gallery space put a new twist on traditional publishing business models and while other magazines look to reduce the cost of production or increase their revenue from advertising, SOME/THINGS does the opposite by providing a product that is truly collectable and true to the magazines philosophy and direction.

Jil Sander Fall 2012
Jil Sander Fall 2012
27/02/2012The crowd at Raf Simons final showing for Jil Sander after the announcement that he is to step down from the helm of the fashion house, was as you would expect - nothing short of spectacular. Proving that Simons is in an absolute league of his own, the collection was unashamedly feminine, elegant and refined. The designer apparently received a standing ovation which continued until Simons re-emerged for an emotional encore.

Phoebe Collings-James | Interview
Phoebe Collings-James is one of those people that will make you feel a little insecure about your life for all she has achieved. At only 23 she has already shown in London, Glasgow, Amsterdam, Lisbon, Berlin, Milan, Beirut, Mexico and New York. Mixing everything from sculpture, performance, illustration, mixed media installation, photography and video, her work explores the most raw of subjects - violence, desire, sexuality and beauty. Thought provoking and erotic, Phoebe is quickly becoming one Britain's of the most exciting young artists.

Facetasm Interview
Facetasm Interview
24/02/2012Unassuming and polite, you can't help but have the utmost admiration for Hiromichi Ochiai and his label Facetasm. Facetasm is a young label with only five years behind them, yet the success of the label is quite profound and it is no surprise when Tokyo Fashion Week took place late last year that Oshiai's label was a leading name.
