Vara Fine Arts and VPL present Second Skin, an exhibition and book curated by Victoria Bartlett and Renée Vara. Including works from David Armstrong, Hrafnhildur Arnardottir aka Shoplifter, Mark Borthwick, Philip-Lorca diCorcia, Judith Eisler, Genesis Breyer P-Orridge, Sarah Lucas, Joe Maloney, Adam McEwen, Collier Schorr and more, all surveying Bartlett's fascination with muscular anatomy and human skin in this two part project. For the book, INPUT #4: Second Skin, artists were asked to blindly contribute 6 works exploring the idea of corporeality. Second Skin will be open until July 31st at VPL with the book available here.
